When & How can I Cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Your order cannot be cancelled once shipped.
How can I return / refund my order?
10 Days replacement policy is valid from the date of delivery only for manufacturing defect. In case of product unavailability for replacement order, full amount will be refunded within 7 working days once the product is received by us. Refunds of payment charged to the Cardholder’s credit card will only be credited back to the credit card account which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. Are there any shipping/delivery charges?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for our furniture range.
Shipping breakage, who will pay for it?
For breakage issues, the company will pay for the reverse shipment of the damaged product only and not the entirety of the shipment. We request you to please send us a picture of the broken product at csfurniture@supremefurniture.co.in, also the order ID along with it. We will process your request within 72 hours of receiving it.
Will I receive my entire product order the same day in case of multiple products/ quantities ordered?
In case you book multiple products in a single order, we will endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to the nature of product and/or the mode of delivery.
What if I am not at home when you arrive?
Supreme delivery executive will share a confirmation call on delivery day. In case of non –availability, kindly inform the delivery executive. (3 times delivery will attend by delivery boy)
Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
We only deliver to the address specified in the order. In case of delivery to multiple addresses, you have to place multiple different orders for each address.
Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
Whoever is accepting the delivery needs to have a valid ID Proof.
Can I place a COD Order?
Currently Supremefurntire.co.in does not take Cash On Delivery Orders.

We offer 1-year guarantee from the date of manufacturing. All product guarantees are for breakages through manufacturing defect only. This policy can be changed any time without prior notice to the customer or anybody involved.
Is this furniture environmentally friendly?
Yes, our furniture is made of recycled plastics.
Where can I get my furniture replaced during the guarantee period?
Please email us on Supremefurntire.co.in for any replacement issues. When sending the email, please send us a picture of the breakage and also the order #. The replacement issues should be related to breakage only against the company invoice.
